For digital products, just request a refund by email within 30 days of your purchase, and we will refund you promptly. 

For physical paperbacks and CD's, request your refund by email within 30 days of your purchase. Please be sure to include your order number with your email, so we can find your original order. Then, please mail your item back to us. 

Once we get the item back, we will issue your refund, provided it's in saleable condition. 

Include the following in your shipment:

  • Your book or CD carefully wrapped, preferably in bubble wrap (it's a long way to Hawaii!). 
  • A photocopy of your original email receipt showing you purchased the item from our online store.
  • A photocopy of your email requesting a refund within 30 days.

We strongly suggest that you use a shipping method that tracks your shipment when sending the item back to us. FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority will work best. Cheaper methods like USPS First class mail can take up to four weeks to get to Hawaii, and media mail can take up to three months. They also often damage items sent this method. 

USPS Priority Mail is usually your best option. It takes only three days, is trackable, and remarkably inexpensive when compared to UPS or FedEx rates. If you are shipping a book or CD, they will fit in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope even after being wrapped in bubble wrap. Because the flat rate padded envelopes are free at your local postal office, and very inexpensive to ship, we suggest this method of shipping.
